REQUEST MORE INFO: HOW IT WORKS
 
Please complete the process up to the "Place Order & Pay" button. Although the button says that you must pay, you will not pay anything at this stage, but merely provide us with more details to send you the information that you request. 
 
Please make a note of our Banking Details on the order page, as you will need it once you notify us that you'd like to hire our services to help you plan your vacation. 
 
PLAN TO TRAVEL STAGE: HOW IT WORKS
 
Once you've decided that you want to hire our services, you have to: 
Pay the required deposit for the package selected by you. 
Email us a copy of the payment in order for us to verify it with our bank. 
We will send you a confirmation email together with the "Plan to Travel Agreement" and the initial Questionnaire in order for us to start the process. Details of your budget must be included in the questionnaire. 
During this stage, we'll research and provide you with the details of your vacation which will include: travel supplier details, pricing, reservations, their cancellation policies, etc., as well as give you recommendations to enhance your vacation experience. 
At the end of the process, you can decide whether you want to proceed to the "Reservations" stage with us. 
 
Please note that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, whether you decide to proceed to the "Reservations" stage or not. 
 
RESERVATIONS STAGE: HOW IT WORKS
 
In order for us to proceed to this stage, you must notify us by email. 
We will provide you with a "Reservations" agreement, and you must notify us whether you want to make changes to the Travel Suppliers that were agreed on during the "Plan to Travel" stage before we proceed. 
 
We charge a professional fee for this service based on the total spend of your vacation. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE whether you cancel your vacation or not. 
 
PLEASE NOTE: You will be liable for cancellation fees charged by Travel Suppliers according to their Cancellation Policies.
