What happens after I’ve been listed on the ‘Booking List’?

We will add you to the 'Booking List' but not to the 'Reservations List'. From this point we'll email you updated information relating to the destination of your choice once a month. Information may include events and general destination information that may be of interest, as well as general travel news. In the case of travel alerts for the destination and our decisions with regard to them, we'll send you information in a separate email.

What is the procedure if I want to purchase a package?

We will email you information relating to the different payment options. After requesting a quote from us, payment has to be made and proof of payment emailed to us. Once verified, we'll send you the confirmation with the relevant documents for the tour. We will at this stage add you to the 'Reservation List' to secure your seat on the tour.

What documents will be required from me?

What Type of Travel Insurance do you provide?

Comprehensive International Travel Insurance Coverage. We will advise you about inclusions and exclusions so that you can arrange separate insurance coverage for items that you want coverage for.

Do I have to arrange my Visa myself?

No. It is arranged by us and will be couriered to you approximately 2 - 4 weeks before departure of the tour.

How long are quotations valid for?

Up to three (3) months before departure of your tour.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we do but only for once-off payments and not for term payment agreements.

What are your age and health restrictions?

Age: Adults from 23+.
Health: Fit and the ability to take walking tours (no hiking) and at a comfortable pace.

What type of accommodation is provided?

A combination of 4 - 5 Star hotels and boutique hotels and luxury guest houses, all with modern amenities and top-quality services. It should be noted that only guest houses from famous luxury brands are star-rated.

What happens when I arrive in the tour destination?

You will be met at the airport by a private vehicle driver and transferred to your accommodation. The tour leader (manager) will welcome you at the accommodation to help you settle in.

Yes. Reservations are made for events, visits to museums, art galleries and other places of interest.
